Can't get 'read more button' to appear

Hi,

I can't seem to get the 'read more' button to appear in the latest posts module. There's no problem with the 'continue reading' links but I'd like a 'read more' link at the bottom of the module so that people can navigate to all of the posts in this category.

I have enabled the 'read more' in the 'posts parameter' bit but I still can't see any 'read more' button.

Please can you help?

NB Please could you advise if you think you're going to need ftp access as I'd prefer not to make it available unless required.
