I set "Custom E-mail Addresses" in backend (for "Report" feature) but can't get any emails.

I set "Custom E-mail Addresses" in backend (for "Report" feature) but can't get any emails.
In backend I set
Enable E-mail Notifications: OFFAs result it doesn't send to user any email notification, but user can get emaeil during registration, login/password reminder or ban reason
