Can Support provide a Step by Step screencast to create sub-menu item alias?

Hello,

I have been trying for hours to create a simple sub-menu and I am not getting to far.

I would like to see the step by step process in a screencast. By showing a Step by Step movie you will avoid tech support questions where people get confused at create the sub menus so that the process is easy to follow.

I am following the tutorial below and not getting the steps right or something because I can't get the submenus to show up properly.

After 2 hours I am finding this is very confusing to create sub-menus.
