Can I transfer my account to another person

I have developed a website for somebody. During that process I purchased Easyblog for the site. Now that I have handed over the site to the client we agreed it would be best if they had ownership of the Easyblog account.

Can I transfer my account to somebody else? If yes how do I do it.

Also, if I can't, we will need to reinstall Easyblog with the new account once my subscription runs out?
