Can I set the Reply Break in the email templates?

Hello,

I have been reading a lot of posts and done a number of tests but I seem not be able to achieve setting the reply break.

Here is what I am looking at. Users who reply to an email are not going to either see or forget about copy pasting the reply break if they even understand what this is for.

What I want is that the reply break is at the top of the email they receive. So when they hit Reply in their email client, the reply break is at the bottom of their reply and above the email they received.

In which templates should I add my reply break?
