Can I set the Editor in the Reply window?

Hi There, I need to use the JCE as editor of my Team Blog and keep registered user using the default editor, I already did this configuration, but this work only in the NEW QUESTION window, when I go to answer someone question, even with Super Admin Credentials the editor in that particularly windows is the Default one, and I need to use always the JCE. How Can I setup JCE to be default everytime to me and other Blogers?
