Can EasySocial perform matchmaking between members?

I am planning on making a site that matches different people based on their interests. This would NOT be a date matchmaking site but would be very similar. Basically people being able to search for others that share the same interests. Each user would fill out their profile and would be able to perform a search (search should have many options) to find others that match their search criteria OR come close to matching it. List results on a page and there should be ability to somehow "bookmark" other people that you find interesting. Curious how good is EasySocial at doing something like this.

Can a user belong to several different profile types or just one?
