Buttons un-clickable in mobile browser (iPad/ Android, etc)

Hi Team,

I found there are number of items that are not behavior correctly in mobile/ tablet devices. (tested with Safari, Chrome) Please find the attached screen-shot for your reference. See if any quick-fix to it and thank you very much.

- Tablet (Android - Chrome)
> Older Post - OK
> Insert Media - ok
> Embed Video - ok

-Tablet (iPad - Safari)
> Older Post - No response (only with tooltip)
> Insert Media - No response (only with tooltip)
> Embed Video - No response (only with tooltip)

- iPhone5 (Chrome)
> Older Post - No response (only with tooltip)
> Insert Media - No response (only with tooltip)
> Embed Video - No response (only with tooltip)

- Desktop (Safari / Chrome)
> Older Post - OK
> Insert Media - ok
> Embed Video - ok
