Bug with emails and notifications

I had a user earlier email in saying they had a bug when viewing notifications in Safari ...

I thought nothing of it as I was having a problem with tool tips and I'm following that thread .. but now I see the issue myslef and it's now in email

I get this message in notification email that anew group has been created:
