There is a post in the announcements about "fixes for all product versions not reflected at backend"

My question: Is this post current? We have SSL, do I need these updates?
On the front page, it says the post is from "2 days ago"

But inside the post, it says that it's from 22. Aug.

Therefore I don't know if this is something we need to do...
