box with arrows pointing to other team blogs

I have departmental teams set up on our internal company site. When in the comment area, users can see a thin box with arrows pointing left and right. These areas point to other team blogs. They see blogs where they are not team members.

I would like to not show this box and this navigation. They should not be able to see or jump to blogs where they are not members. Thanks.
