1) I have 300 bloggers and all of them are scattered like crazy and search does not help either 
try to search for Web Master(for example) you should give exact word otherwise it wont show me up.. In that case I have know the Last Name and First Name to fetch the blogger
2)Alphabetical order will make things easier
3)Blogger wont even show-up in Joomla search results(search plugin enabled)
