Bloggers List sorted by?

Looks as if it is set to sort author by “Latest” as default.

As of now they are sorted as follows:

BRUCE the YAK has a user id of 814
Paul Peter Paulson has a user id of 812 (Has not posted in nearly 2 years…)
Archy has a user id of 500 (posted 3 months ago)
Valentin Spirik has a user id of 63 (Has not posted in over 1 years…)
Paul David Murray has a user id of 62 (Post a couple of times a month)

This does not make much sense in my opinion.
Is there a way to simply sort this list by default “Latest Post” and not “Latest Member”

In my case I post the most and some of the more recent members do not post any more!
