Blogger Subscriptions NOT Working

Using latest version of EasyBlog (3.9.18613) I cannot get Blogger Subscriptions to work. Site-wide and team blog subscriptions work fine, but When a user clicks on "Subscribe to updates from author" they get the first dialog box (Subscribe to updates) but when we click on "subscribe" the dialog box closes and that appears to be the end of the transaction. NO "Subscription Successful" box as is the case with Site-wide subscriptions, and the subscription does nat appear in the backend under Subscriptions filtered by Blogger. I've struggled with this for months - just now have the time to seek through and try to troubleshoot.
