Blog user cannot see Create/Publish Date?

Hi,

I have EasyBlog running on a website (latest version of Joomla and EasyBlog), but when they log in and use Composer to create a new post, they do not see the option to change the Creation or Publish Date.

On another site, this is there to change.

I have tried all the ACL options, even tried setting them as a Super User.

Am I missing something somewhere to enable this?
