blog categories module does not obey the ordering

Hi

I have create a parent category called 'projects, and have given it some subcategories. I then have used the 'blog categories' module to disaplay the categories.

I have set the item ordering to use 'item ordering', i then tried both the layout types 'Flat layout (With subcategories)' and 'category tree (with subcategories)'. With both of these settings the sub categories always display in reverse order.

please can you look into this. I think it is a bug.
