Best Place for Search Box (offlajn)

I am wondering where is can I put this search box?

At the moment I have it published here:

My first thought was to move it up towards the top of the column on the left hand side of the ES page! It is published here: es-dashboard-sidebar-bottom
But changing the Ordering does not seem to have any effect!?!
Is this a bug or my stupidity?

Alternatives…

Or where is it possible to put it?!? Technically it is 2 boxes. One for searching and one for displaying results.

I was thinking of in the search bar ONLY on all pages!!!

OR on the profile page/friends page in combination with on the community page!?!
