Best approach to migrate MyBlog from a J1.5 site to EasyBlog on a J3.3 site?

I will be migrating a J1.5 site to a J3.3 site. MyBlog will not work on J3.3. EasyBlog does not work on J1.5 (as far as I can tell). What is the best approach to move to EasyBlog in my situation?
