bar color of the breeze theme

Hi , im using breeze themplate at my website
but i would like to change the color of my bar! from black to Dark green!
how can i do that?
i saw you guys have a space for theme css edit
how should i write down to change my bar color , because my web site doesnt suit black color or blue
