Avatar library on mini registration

Hi - a quick question I can't seem to find an answer for.

I have the mini registration active on ES for signups. We require an avatar. We have a library of avatars for members who choose not to upload an image.

Issue: New members register and are told to upload an image or pick one. Somehow there is no avatar library displayed even though we have one and it is full of avatars.

Please let me know how to change my settings so the avatar library is available during registration with the mini reg.
