Currently, if a user updates a page they own, it goes unpublished and it has to be approved by the admin/moderator before the page is published again. It would be good to have the pages automatically approved (disable admin approval) so users don't have to wait for page approvals.
That being said, reviewing content is a critical obligation of any community site moderating what its users publish. In that sense, it would be ideal for admins and moderators to still receive notifications of page updates - and even a log in the backend of those pages that have been updated but not yet reviewed - that way admin/moderators still know they should review them and reject anything that warrants that action...
