Hi,
We have many subscribers to our blog, and when we publish a new entry, the notification emails are not being sent anymore. We have tried setting the Notification Settings to "Send emails on page load" and we have also tried using the Cron method. Neither works. We also tested this on several test sites on different servers, and we can't get it to work there either. Please let us know how we can fix this. It used to work with older EB versions using just the "send emails on page load" setting.
One question that may help: If we use the Cron method, do we set the "Send emails on page load" to "No"?
Any help would be appreciated as this is a very important feature for us.
