Automatic add Title and Description of Video link (like Audio)

Hello,

I noticed a bug between the Add Video form and the Add Audio form.

When I paste the link of an Audio, the Title and Description of the Audio are automatically added.
It's very useful
Why does the video upload form not detect anything ?

Whereas if we add the video from the Story Form, the Title and Descriptions are well detected.
