Assigning/Removing Moderators

I'm not sure when or how it happened, but it looks like I have a moderator assigned to the 'Contemporary Issues' forum.
The file "pending" shows what I see on the site. I'm presuming that since it says awaiting moderation that there is a moderator assigned. There shouldn't be. I must have assigned one accidentally.

I thought I could resolve the problem by looking at the documentation on moderators and work backwards.

The file 'documentation' shows what I am supposed to see.

Unfortunately, what I see when I go to the 'Contemporary Issues' forum, my screen looks totally different. The file 'what I see' is a screenshot from my site.

I need a couple of things:

[1] link to the documentation that matches the EasyDiscuss installed on my system.
[2] directions for assigning/removing moderators
[3] removal of the moderator for 'Contemporary Issues' forum.
