Assigned module not appearing in page

hi. I've got a page set up https://nwr.org.uk/competitions-nwr which has a link at the bottom to a single category blogs page called Short Story Competition 2015 and there's a corresponding hidden menu item so now site visitors can follow the link and be taken to this page. However, despite assigning a module to this menu item in the position 'below the component' - it just won't appear. I've tried it in other positions in the page and get the same result. Do you know what may have gone wrong?
