[Artists social network] Users can select group when register to list users by groups

We are trying to set up Easy Social in order to create a social community around art.

There are several disciplines and an artist works in several of them, for instance: an artist can be painter and sculptor.

So Easy Social users should choose between categories and subcategories in order to classify and search them.

It seems that groups / category functionality does not solve our needs. It would be great to offer the possibility to choose categories and subcategories, and in this way create the social network in a clear, classified, way.

There is an option to select from multilist or multidropdown in the workflow but is it feasible to search by this selection?. We need to search by artist group.

Although we made a query on this subject before buying Easysocial we see probably it does not help us to develop our social network.

Is there any possibility of refunding the purchase?.
