It appears as though stream management for articles is now done via the app rather than the plugin? (For ES 1.2) If that's true, I assume that the ES article plugin will need to be updated to prevent the app and the plugin from doing the exact same thing. 
Will the plugin still be needed for generating stream items when creating new articles?
