APP - Yootheme Easyblog - add option to link Blogcover's too

At the moment it is only possible to link the blog title and the Read More button to the blog itself. However, it would be very helpful in terms of usability if we could also link the blog images: https://www.screencast.com/t/6PUOnCDQ

Please optimise your great Yootheme Easyblog App so that you can also link the blog cover to the actual blog.
