When installing a custom app with more than one table create listed in a standard install.sql, an error is generated.
If either table create is removed from the script, the script executes successfully.
I can copy the script displayed in the error output verbatim and execute the script via MySQLWorkbench, the tables are created as expected.
Workaround: Create 2 install script, each with only one table create, and add both to the app.xml file.
