app installing and changin their positions

hi,

i installed the easy discuss and easyblog app in easy social...both are not working. i try it again and again...dowonloaded the apps installed them...but nothing is shown in profile.

btw. can you please tell me how i can change the dashboard position off the apps.... sidebarTOP and sidebarBOTTOM....take a look at the screen please, hope you can understand what i will say
