App Filter Title should Rely on App Name

The app filter title and the app title as of right now are separate. Why not have them unified? Take for example an app filter (in the dashboard) on my site is called article as seen here. But on my profile it's called "Content". Why not have the app filter name "article" rely on the article app's title? This way if I change "Content" to "Pages" the app filter will also change accordingly. This same logic should be applied to the other app filters. This way we keep consistency through out a site and it will reduce confusion.
