App Clean uninstall

If you go to any random profile here:

http://finalbug.net/network/browse-users

And look in the left hand side where the apps are, you will see an app called: “Connect To Social Media”
It looks as if this shows up on all user accounts.

I am guessing that I installed and uninstalled this at some point but it still shows.
When I go to the ES back end and look here:
http://finalbug.net/administrator/index.php?option=com_easysocial&view=apps
I do not see this App.

Is it possible to have a look at this and see that it really is uninstalled?
