App artifacts

I've uninstalled apps and disabled apps and a couple of them still display in user profiles and a few (three AutotweetNG apps) I tried to uninstall and they said they were core applications and could not be uninstalled - but they were not core applications.

See screenshot which is from Edit Notifications. Kunena was completely uninstalled from the site. I triple checked all of the component, plugin, module, file, package extensions and also checked the html overrides for my template (Elegant). Also checked for any artifacts under /media

Any idea what else I could check?
