Analogs of EasySocial plugins that should be disabled

Hello. In backend I can see few core plugins that hats related title to EasySocial plugin.

So may be I should disable few Joomla core plugins and leave enabled only EasySocial plugin? Will in make site works faster?

Examples:

Action Log - Joomla
Authentication - Joomla
Authentication - EasySocial
Authentication - Cookie

User - Joomla!
Privacy - User Accounts
System - User Log
System - Logout
System - Remember Me
System - Session Data Purge
