Already have an account?” box formatting seems to be off?

is it possible that the formatting is off here:

The “Already have an account?” box is squeezed up against the right of the (User) Login Layout box?!?!

Also wondering if it is possible to have a just the "Register For An Account Today" button as the only item relating to registration on this page. i.e. also have it as on the easysocial.org site.
