Allow only one active plan subscription among several plans

Hi,

Is there a payplans app/plugin that allows to limit subscriptions of different plans or make some plans invisible once a user subscribes to any one plan?
For example, when a user subscribes to plan A, he/she should not be allowed to subscribe to a different plan B unless their plan A status is no more active.

The Limit Subscription app and Limit Plan plugin is not what I am looking for.
