Admins Cannot see Unapproved Events on the Frontend

When viewing the events page on the frontend it displays the latest events. Unfortunately admins cannot see unapproved events on the frontend. :p I know we can approve them on the backend, however I only look at the backend when I want to make an adjustment to the site (and minor maintenance).

Also I should note that the primary admin gets an email in which he/she can approve it from the frontend of the site. :o Considering this kind of functionality already exists, why not allow it as an option on event pages that are not approved? This way admins who do not receive new emails about unapproved events can approve them as well.
