Admin approval email should also include email verification

Hello Guys,

I want to continue on this topic.

When admin approval is selected in registration, for example, a user is registered on the site and in backend the user automatically is marked as Activated. Why automatically? We dont still know if their email is valid. Why not activate their email together with an admin approval email? Am I clear on this? Please also read my previous post on this topic.
