Adding Video Form Should Check Video Source

Hi There,

One of our active Group admin is trying to add a video but unfortunately the user is not that technically inclined to know what are valid external video URL and what is not. To the user any webpage that has video is the video URL.

Would it be possible for video create form to validate external URL for video source that users are providing proper information? Currently, ES will just accept any URL and it creates an empty video stream since there's no video to pull.
