"&" added in url after Submit Registration form

We upgrade Easy social latest version, after registration when I'm redirecting on About page we getting URL with addition on "&" as I highlighted in screenshot.

Setting: "Redirection Upon Registration (For Auto Login) : About"

Please check and let us know is it possible with latest easy social version.
