Add one option to EasyDiscuss ACL

Hi,

In EasyDiscuss ACL we can:
- Add new question
- Add new reply
- Delete own discussion
- Delete own replies
- …

I would like to add “Add new reply to own question”.

Each category will be assign to a different Manager. So the field Reply should be display only for the Category Manager and the question creator.

Can you help me with these features: Add new reply to own question to ACL and display reply box only for the Category Manager and the question creator.
