Please add a mailgun connection for email parsing. With this solution it would be possible to do a powerful helpdesk, because with mailgun it is possible to indicate every parameter of the user reply and as example it would be possible to indicate only the text from reply with parameter "'stripped-text'" and add this as answer in a post.
