add joomla profile phone in easysocial registration

Hello
1- how i can add joomla user profile (phone) in easy social registration
i have more 100k user in my site and used from joomla profile for mobile field and now i want use easy social registration but there is not any option to add joomla mobile field in easysocial registration

2- i want remove Middle name and form easy social registration
i past registration joomla i used an override for registration page but in social setting when add Joomla User Fullname this is available in registration
