Add 'Income' in addition to 'Discount' for referrer

Hi,

I'm referring to this feature here, https://stackideas.com/docs/payplans/administrators/discounts-and-referrals/referrals

Currently we have a discount feature for referrer. Please add a feature for referrer to also gain income instead of discount.

For example, referrer will get $1 for 1 new user sign up.
