ACYMailing . multiple Lists

I have two mailing-Lists that I want my users to join. I have set up (for one of them) a ACYMailing Button in the User-Workflow and set up as "checkbox". It renders good but it seems not to be functional.
When I check the box and save, when I open my profile again the box is unchecked.
What do I do wrongly?! :-(
