Actions (requests, suggestions, ..) based on members location

Hello, Many of us (admins) collect the location information in members profiles but we dont use it more to know from where people are coming, this little information can be used really in many things, for example having modules to invite people to post content (events, topics, ..) in relation with their country or town :

Module ex : Hello Mark, welcome on our community, we have XX members near from you in XX country, check this XX event which happening near you, Tell us what are events around you, maybe you can add them in this page (events pages) etc. etc.

there are lot and lot of uses of location (as discussed in another topic like suggest groups, events, pages).
