ACL problems

I am having some issue with stream items. Some stream items are visible if i login as administrator and visible aswell in the backend.

Those stream items are not visible for public and also not visible if i login as "registered" user.

I think the issue may be related to this topic (could occured with one of the upgrades i did down the road)

Can you guys hook me up with a query example i can run in phpmyadmin in order to reset all stream items to "public" ?

PS: It seems that the stream items for Komento and EasyBlog apps are having issues, the stream items for EasyDiscuss work well.
