4th Type of Group : Open but password protected!

I just thought that I would share this …
There is a component from a company called “jlexart”

It allows you to make certain sections of your site password protected.
In my cases I am using it for “Groups”
But I guess you could use it for Events, Pages, Blogs what not!

The set up is a tiny bit weird.
And to be perfectly honest I do not understand how it works exactly but it works.
In all fairness Support has been STELLAR and they must have spent an hour or two configuring it!

I am Essentially using it to create a 4th type of “Group.”
Rather than just Closed, Invite and Open…
I now also have a Open but password protected “Group.”
The idea being that I essentially sell group access.
It behaves differently depending on whether you are logged in or not!!!
