Hello,
I'm facing the following problem:
Today, a user paid his subscription twice (don't know why yet).
The payment method is PayPal.
In PayPal dashboard I can see the 2 transactions.
In PayPlans I can see the 2 transactions as well.
What I don't understand is that:
- in PayPlans I've got only one Invoice
- the amount of this invoice is corresponding to only one payment
- in the invoice panel, in the transaction section (right column) i can see the 2 transactions
PayPlans has associated the 2 transactions to the same invoice but has not added the amount of all the transactions.
