2 part question help please....

(1) I am having members email me after they registered with Easy Social and they said they can not log in due to that a "moderator" must approve their account? How can I just have it where they can register and an email message sends them the link so they can self register without a moderator?

(2) How can I change the message that says "Welcome to Easy Social" community and put in my own name or photo once a register user receives the email?
